Decreased Appetite

Cancer patients may experience decreased appetite, whether from the cancer itself, following treatment, such as chemotherapy or radiation therapy, or from emotional distress, such as depression or hopelessness. But, it's important from a nutritional standpoint, that they try to stimulate their appetite to keep their strength up and their immune system healthy.
