Berry Cobbler/Crisp
Serves 6
Ingredients
4 cups blueberries
1/2 cup sugar in the raw
3 tbsp cornstarch
Salt to taste
Topping
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar in the raw
8 oz butter
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Salt to taste
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix ingredients, pour into Pam-sprayed baking dish.
Crumble topping ingredients until the texture is like coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
