Tart Ta Tan

Serves 6

Ingredients
1 box puff pastry, cut into 4" discs with cookie cutter
4 apples, peeled and cored. Cut into chunks or slices.
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Salt to taste

Directions
Melt butter, honey and spice in saute pan until bubbling. Add apples. Continue cooking until carmelized. Arrange 4" puff pastry discs on top of apples to form a circular pattern. Place in over at 400 degrees F. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
